The Premium checkmark is awarded to those anti spam products that meet a wide range of functional criteria as well as achieving a 97% spam catch rate. In the West Coast Labs test SpamTitan actually tested to a 99% catch rate with a 0% false positive rate, displaying one of the highest scoring of any of the products tested in the anti spam catagory.

During testing WCL's commented that "the solution proved incredibly easy to install, manage,test, and backup". Also highlighted were "the feature rich reporting and numerous management and configuration options" as well as the additional benefits delivered by use of the virtual appliance.
